Управни Одбор Црквеношколске Општине Светога Саве заказао је Годишњу Скупштину за недељу, 19 фебруара 2012, на горњој адреси са почетком у 13:00 часова.Позивају се сви чланови Ц.Ш.О. да дођу и учествују у раду Скупштине.
Предложен је следећи дневни ред:
- Поздравна реч Председника Управе Ц.Ш.О. Светога Саве
- Избор секретара и два члана за утврђивање броја присутних и за гласање.
- Читање записника са прошлогодишње Скупштине.
- Извештаји о раду у 2011. години: свештеник и председник;
- Финансијски извештаји благајника главног рачуна, грађевинског фонда и књиговође и предлог буџета за 2012. годину;
- Извештај Кола српских сестара Свете Петке и
- Извештај Надзорног одбора
- Разрешење старе Управе и ИЗБОР НОВЕ УПРАВЕ.

ANNUAL MEETING OF ST. SAVA CHURCH-SCHOOL CONGREGATION
Dear Brothers and Sisters,
The Executive Board of Church-School Congregation Saint Sava has scheduled its Annual Assembly for Sunday, February 19, 2012. The meeting will take place at the above address at 13:00 p.m.
We invite all members of our Church-School Congregation to attend and contribute to the work of the Assembly.
The following agenda has been suggested:
- Welcome speech of the President of the Board C.S.C. Saint Sava
- Election of а secretary and two members for verification Committee and counting the number of people attending.
- Reading of the Minutes from the previous Assembly.
- 2011 reports: the priest and the president;
- Financial reports: treasurers and a bookkeeper, and 2012 Budget proposal;
- Reports of Circle of Serbian Sisters and
- Reports of Supervision Committee
- Dismissal of the previous Executive Board and the ELECTION OF THE NEW EXECUTIVE BOARD
- Miscellaneous
