Управни Одбор Црквеношколске Општине Светога Саве заказао је Годишњу Скупштину за недељу, 4. фебруара, 2024. године са почетком у 13 часова.

Позивају се сви чланови ЦШО да измире своје чланарине пре одржавања Скупштине и да дођу и учествују у раду Скупштине. Чланарине можете уплатити путем е-трансфера на имејл (info@svetisava.net) или послати чек на (St. Sava Church 505 East 63rd Ave. Vancouver, BC V5X 2K3) са дознаком – за чланарину. (Годишња чланарина износи – појединац $50, пензионер $25, брачни пар $75, брачни пар пензионера $50).

Предложен је следећи дневни ред:

1. Отварање Скупштине молитвом

2. Избор председника, подпредседника, секретара и два оверивача записника Скупштине

3. Утврђивање кворума

4. Читање записника са прошлогодишње Скупштине.

· Извештаји старешине и председника о раду

· Финансијски извештаји благајника главног рачуна, грађевинског фонда, књиговође.

· Извештаји секција ЦШО-е

· Извештај Надзорног одбора

5. Разрешење старе Управе и ИЗБОР НОВЕ УПРАВЕ.

ANNUAL MEETING OF ST. SAVA CHURCH-SCHOOL CONGREGATION

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

The Executive Board of Church-School Congregation Saint Sava has scheduled its Annual Assembly for Sunday, February 4th, 2024. The meeting will take place at the Church Hall at 1pm.

We invite all members of our Church-School Congregation to attend and contribute to the work of the Assembly and to pay dues before Assembly. You can pay the membership fees via e-transfer to the e-mail (info@svetisava.net) or send a check to (St. Sava Church 505 East 63rd Ave. Vancouver, BC V5X 2K3) with a remittance - for the membership fee. (Annual membership fee is - individual $50, retired individual $25, married couple $75, retired married couple $50).

The following agenda has been suggested:

1. Opening of the assembly with the prayer by parish priests

2. Election of а president, vice-president, secretary and two members for verification Committee.

3. Determination of Quorum present

4. Reading of the Minutes from the previous Assembly.

Reports from the Church dean and the president;

· Financial reports: - treasurers and a bookkeeper;

· Reports of the Church sections

· Reports of Supervision Committee.

5. Dismissal of the previous Executive Board and the ELECTION OF THE NEW EXECUTIVE BOARD

6. Miscellaneous
